Coach Steve Kerr, Golden State Warrior Head Coach and former world champion in this Positive Coaching Video discusses his childhood days playing as well as coaching.  He discusses his parents not putting pressure on him and having him figuring things out early on.  He talks about the importance of setting up expectation meetings up front with parents as a coach.  I feel open, transparent conversations with parents is always the best policy, setting realistic expectations throughout the season.  Letting parents know that you want their kids’ best interest at heart, helps foster a family-like atmosphere.
